Proxpert Legal offers paid consultation sessions designed to provide preliminary legal guidance and strategic insights.
2. Booking and Payment
Consultations must be booked in advance. Payment is required prior to booking confirmation and processed through secure third-party providers.
3. Consultation Format
Consultations are conducted virtually and typically last approximately 60 minutes.
4. Scope of Consultation
Consultations provide high-level legal guidance and do not constitute full legal representation.
5. Follow-Up Engagement
Further legal support and / or services following consultation require a separate engagement agreement.
6. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted with reasonable notice.
7. Cancellation Policy
• Less than 1 business day’s notice: Fee is non-refundable
• More than 1 business day’s notice: Full refund within 10 business days
8. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during consultations.
9. Limitation
